Welcome to Bulq Logistics. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our Driver Portal, Dispatch Systems, and Fleet Assets. Please read these terms carefully before accessing the platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our Driver Portal or operating a Bulq Logistics vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform or operating our fleet vehicles.

2. Driver Responsibilities & Conduct

As an authorized driver on our platform, you agree to:

  • Maintain a valid driver's license and applicable commercial endorsements at all times.
  • Complete the mandatory daily vehicle inspection checklist before beginning any route.
  • Follow all local, state, and federal traffic laws while operating company assets.
  • Accurately log your odometer readings, fuel levels, and current locations via the app.
  • Promptly report any accidents, vehicle damage, or delays to the Dispatch Center.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the platform for any purpose other than that for which we make the platform available. Prohibited activities include:

  • Falsifying telematics data, odometer readings, or delivery statuses.
  • Using company vehicles for personal, unauthorized, or illegal transport.
  • Interfering with, disabling, or circumventing security features of the platform.
  • Sharing your Driver Portal login credentials with unauthorized third parties.

4. Equipment & Asset Management

Any vehicle ("Carriage") assigned to you remains the sole property of Bulq Logistics. You are responsible for its safe operation and basic custodial care. Unauthorized modifications to the vehicle, including tampering with installed GPS and telematics hardware, will result in immediate termination and potential legal action.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Bulq Logistics, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms at any time. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Effective Date" of these Terms. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates.
